PALLAS CAPITAL Corporate Solutions enables the sale of the Adenbeck Group to Encoviva, part of Greenpeak Partners.

PALLAS CAPITAL Corporate Solutions GmbH advised the shareholder of the Adenbeck Group on entering into a strategic partnership with Encoviva, one of the leading corporate groups in the field of sustainable technical building services and a portfolio company of Munich based investor Greenpeak Partners.

The partnership strengthens Adenbeck’s market position as a specialist in technical building services and creates a solid foundation for further growth. PALLAS CAPITAL supported the seller throughout all phases of the transaction as part of a structured sales process.

Adenbeck GmbH and its subsidiaries specialize in interdisciplinary technical building planning and offer comprehensive end-to-end services, ranging from consulting and planning to construction supervision. The group’s service portfolio includes building services engineering, electrical engineering, fire protection, and building management technology. Headquartered in Wels, Austria, with four additional locations across Central and Eastern Europe, the group has a strong presence in the Central European market.
