Team Assistant M&A
PALLAS CAPITAL Corporate Solutions GmbH is an investment banking company based in Vienna 1010. We structure capital procurement and M&A transactions for medium-sized enterprises. In our market segments, we are one of the market leaders in the DACH region.
Are you looking to break into investment banking and gain practical experience? To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Team Assistant (M&A) on a part-time/full-time basis (20/40 hours per week) at the earliest possible date.
Your tasks
- Supporting our subject matter experts in their operational activities
- Procuring data for sales through research and analysis
- Preparing informational materials for sales Planning and preparing for our subject matter experts’ appointments
- Assisting in the preparation of professional documents (pitch presentations, etc.)
- Supporting in the structuring and execution of transactions
Your profile
- Completed vocational training or bachelor’s degree, or as a motivated career changer
- Strong communication skills
- Basic knowledge of common MS Office programs
- Clean and error-free expression in German (oral and written)
- You enjoy working in clear structures and processes
- You have a quick grasp of things
- High sense of personal responsibility and discipline
- A desire to constantly grow personally and professionally
