PALLAS CAPITAL Corporate Solutions GmbH is an investment banking company based in Vienna 1010. We structure capital procurement and M&A transactions for medium-sized enterprises. In our market segments, we are one of the market leaders in the DACH region.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Analyst (M&A) on a full-time basis (40 hours per week) at the earliest possible date.

Areas of responsibility
- Coordination and attendance of appointments with managing directors/board members and owners of medium-sized companies in Austria, Germany, Switzerland, and South Tyrol
- Acquisition of mandates and responsibility for the corresponding projects
- Establishment and maintenance of a positive and constructive relationship level with the decision-makers
- Participation in project management
