PALLAS CAPITAL Corporate Solutions advises the shareholders of the Uhl Group on the strategic partnership with FSN Capital Partners

PALLAS CAPITAL Corporate Solutions GmbH successfully advised the shareholders of the Uhl Group, consisting of Uhl Bau GmbH and Uhl Elektro GmbH, on entering a majority strategic partnership with Norwegian financial investor FSN Capital. With its investment in the Uhl Group, FSN Capital is making its first platform investment in Austria.

The newly formed partnership between FSN Capital, the founding Uhl family and the existing management team at UHL Bau has a clear common goal: to significantly expand the company’s market presence throughout Austria through targeted acquisitions and organic growth. The focus will be on providing customers with even more comprehensive support and offering all services efficiently from a single source. UHL Bau is an ideal addition to FSN Capital’s existing portfolio: UHL Bau can look back on decades of success and today impresses with sustainable growth, excellent service quality and a high degree of digitalisation. This is based on modern IT systems, fully digitalised processes that enable efficient and transparent cross-team work.

The Uhl Group is a leading provider of underground utility infrastructure, focusing on electricity, water, gas, district heating and telecommunications infrastructure. With around 400 employees and annual sales of over €80 million, the company is one of the key partners for public and private clients in Lower Austria and Vienna. The subsidiary Uhl Elektro has been complementing the range of services since 2012 and specialises in the planning and implementation of energy solutions in the low to high voltage range, transformer stations and e-charging solutions.
