- Create a structured sales process and concept for a transaction strategy – taking into account the sustainable continuation of the company.
4. Measures taken
- PALLAS CAPITAL was able to provide the suitable acquisition financing for the current majority shareholder, Franz Grünwald, as part of a structured process.
5. Result
- Franz Grünwald is now holding an 80% stake in the PMS Group, secured the company’s stay within the family, and has a financially strong partner for further expansion with INVEST AG.
