The TSG Group, European market leader for technical services in the field of sustainable mobility solutions, has successfully completed the acquisition of E-Port Elektrotechnik GmbH. The owner-managed company, based in Linz, Austria, specialises in photovoltaic systems, electrical installations and the manufacture of customised control boxes.
E-Port Elektrotechnik offers a comprehensive range of services, from planning and installation to maintenance of complex systems for the B2B sector. The portfolio also includes solutions for connectivity, alarm and video surveillance systems, and access control management.
With this acquisition, the TSG Group, which is owned by its management and GROUPE HLD, strengthens its position as a leading provider of technical services for sustainable mobility in Europe and further expands its market presence in Austria.
The transaction was advised by PALLAS CAPITAL Corporate Solutions in cooperation with ATOUT CAPITAL. Led by Maximilian Baar-Baarenfels and Hans Lassen, the team provided comprehensive support to the TSG Group in all phases of the acquisition as part of a structured buy-side process.
